Important: Social media platforms (including but not limited to Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) have their own terms of service that may restrict or prohibit automated posting, scheduling, or third-party access.

By using LOUDHYPE to connect and post to your social media accounts, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • ▸ Your social media accounts may be flagged, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned by the respective platforms
  • ▸ LOUDHYPE is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts
  • ▸ You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with each platform's terms of service
  • ▸ Rate limiting, posting frequency, and content policies vary by platform and may change without notice
  • ▸ LOUDHYPE cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform

You accept all risks associated with using automated tools to manage your social media presence. LOUDHYPE shall not be liable for any loss of followers, engagement, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from platform enforcement actions.

05 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content through our AI systems. AI-generated content created for you is owned by you.

06 // PAYMENT TERMS

  • ▸ Subscription billed monthly or annually
  • ▸ 14-day free trial on all plans
  • ▸ Cancel anytime, effective end of billing period
  • ▸ No refunds for partial periods

07 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LOUDHYPE is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
